Hello All: Thank you Bruce, I took a shot at it, and drafted the Minutes from last night, attached at the very bottom this email.

Please provide any updates or corrections to me by End of Sunday, March 23rd, so we can conclude these.

I asked Dave & Rich for any updates/corrections as well to the Minutes for the Annual Hall Meeting.
