1. Post attractive photos of Nordahl Hall, I will send you several to post. In the ND profile, include the square footage of the hall, that it's available for rent, list the features/amenities of the hall, & property manager contact number, number of parking spaces. This info is on our current Nordahl Hall website.
2. Make a post that asked for Landscape Maintenance referrals, for a reliable, reasonably priced person or small business. They would come during the spring & summer months 2 times per month, and fewer visits starting in October for the Fall & Winter. Include the scope of what the quarterly gardeners do (which I believe is cut down weeds around entire property, trim large junipers, use blower to clear out leaves and debris) The new Gardener will include the additional scope of weeding the front garden, ensure watering system is not leaking and make small repairs, and notify owner of any concerns.
As you mentioned earlier today, they would be interviewed, and obtain a firm quote for the Board to review.
