I spent the day at the hall, and didn't see this until now.
It would be ideal to discuss this before voting, but how quickly
does the hall need the funds, and how difficult is it for the
Financial Committee to get together?
I'm available for a meeting this evening and can be available
tomorrow, with a bit of notice.
I need to go out for a bit, but I'll check email when I return.

appeals to the
Lodge, given
that our
finances are
still
recovering
from the Covid
shutdown.
The
Hall Board
requests a
donation to
cover the
November
insurance and
property tax
payments in
the amount of
$2,582.93.
Additionally,
a new bar
icemaker is
required
before
Lutefisk. The
cost is
$251.99 plus
$22.99 tax and
shipping for a
total expense
of $274.98.
The Hall Board
requests
reimbursement
for this
amount.
