I rather like option 2, if they are able to.
(But they are welcome to the fish even if they can’t spare any ‘fish food’

Hi folks,
At this point, it seems to me that we could consider the purchase
price a sunk cost. I would be happy with either of the first two
options.

Greetings All,
In normal years,
when we order several
hundred pounds of
lutefisk, Freya lodge
arranges to purchase
50 pounds from us.
This did not happen
last year due to us
ordering pre-packaged
2-lb lots. We will be
ordering pre-packaged
again this year.
We have two 50-lb
boxes of lutefisk in
the freezer left over
from 2019 that we will
not be using again
this year. Freya lodge
has expressed an
interest in acquiring
this from us. I think
we give them a good
deal as I was about to
suggest that we throw
it out. What do you
all think?
- Donate the
lutefisk to Freya?
- Ask them to make
a donation to our
Love Your Lodge
fund?
- Sell it at our
purchase price?
- Other?
Cheers,
Bruce
