Hi Bruce!  I have started searching for links to videos about Norway and Norwegian traditions to share with members during the “shelter in place” time. This group of links I am sending you is just scratching the surface of what is out there!

First of all, I found YouTube videos of the PBS TV show, “New Scandinavian Cooking.” 

I am not sure how many of the YouTube video shows are there, but just search with “New Scandinavian Cooking.”
