I would like to set up a video conference meeting for our officers to discuss our plans for May and June.

This email is a heads up to let you know to expect a Doodle email that will let me know what times and dates your are available. Once I set the meeting time, I will set up a Zoom meeting and send you all the link. If you have used Zoom before, then you are all set. If you have not used Zoom, please see the following information.

Zoom is a video conferencing system that is easy to use and we have been using this system to hold District Six Board meetings.

There are several ways to connect to a Zoom meeting:

1. Using a computer, tablet or smart phone with internet access that has a camera, microphone, and speaker
2. Using a combination of computer and phone to have video on the computer and audio on a phone
3. Using any phone alone to participate with audio only

If you want to test your computer, you can link to the a test Zoom meeting here: https://zoom.us/test. If this is the first time Zoom connection for you computer, you will be asked to download a small application. Do thet. Once connected to the test meeting, you can you will see the image from your camera and can test your microphone and speakers.

If you would like to test with a live meeting, just give me a phone call and I will set up a one-on-one meeting and send you the link. I can also setup a test meeting for you if you only have a phone.
