I have received all of the soft copy files from Mike.

I have placed a copy of these in a Google Drive of a gmail account that Bruce setup on behalf of the lodge.

In reviewing the Lodge Documents folder there is a folder called Bylaws_PolicyBook.

I'm attaching the relevant Bylaw files.  Unfortunately we only have PDFs and not the source doc files.
