Hei,
I am going to play devil's advocate here. I was thinking, is the fish from 2019 still safe to eat?
Perhaps we should check with the fish company provider and the health department before we decide on anything. We don't want to make anyone sick!
Takk,
Barbara

It’s kind of too bad we didn’t repackage it ourselves for the meal kits last year. I have a nice FoodSaver vacuum sealer that would have done the job in short order.
Considering Freya is interested, I’d suggest offering it to them for half what we paid for it. Keeping it the freezer for another year would not be productive. That would be an excellent cost savings for Freya, yet a nice piece of change for Nordahl Grieg. Everybody wins!

Greetings All,
In normal years, when we order several hundred pounds of lutefisk, Freya lodge arranges to purchase 50 pounds from us. This did not happen last year due to us ordering pre-packaged 2-lb lots. We will be ordering pre-packaged again this year.
We have two 50-lb boxes of lutefisk in the freezer left over from 2019 that we will not be using again this year. Freya lodge has expressed an interest in acquiring this from us. I think we give them a good deal as I was about to suggest that we throw it out. What do you all think?
- Donate the lutefisk to Freya?
- Ask them to make a donation to our Love Your Lodge fund?
- Sell it at our purchase price?
- Other?
Cheers,
